杨浩,中共党员,博士,研究员,研究生导师,西安交通大学附属红会医院转化医学中心主任,宁夏医科大学特聘兼职教授。毕业于中国人民解放军第四军医大学,2007年获得博士学位,导师为我国著名的神经生物学家鞠躬院士。2010年美国Emory大学博士后、2015年美国Loma Linda 大学访问学者。2012年作为海外人才受聘于上海交通大学bet3365娱乐官网附属仁济医院干细胞研究中心专职研究员从事科研和教学工作。2014年特聘为红会医院研究员并担任转化医学中心主任。多年来主要从事干细胞治疗CNS损伤及神经退变的基础应用研究。目前致力于干细胞治疗及结合组织工程在CNS损伤修复/骨关节损伤的研究,在MSCs和星形胶质细胞的重编程、SSCsMSCs转分化治疗CNS损伤和退变性以及骨关节退变疾病的取得一定研究成果,现已初步探明SSCs并结合星形胶质细胞原位重编程产生NSCs或神经元治疗脊髓损伤,实现功能恢复。研究还发现利用MSCs转分化和分泌作用治疗骨关节退变并结合PRP技术治疗骨关节损伤和关节炎有一定临床效果,在干细胞细胞治疗方面研究经验丰富。目前为止共发表SCI论文70余篇,其中以第一编辑或通讯编辑SCI论文40余篇,总影响因子(IF)>170。文章被 Nature NeurosciCellNeuronJCIPNASJ NeurosciJCS Spine等顶级期刊引用,SCI论文总引用次数1025次。发表中文核心期刊论文90余篇,其中第一编辑24篇。其研究成果发表在 JCI, PNAS, Mol Therapy, Neurotherapeutic, Mol Neurobiol, Stem cell Res, JCPCell Cycle 等国际著名期刊。现任国际期刊BiocellTherapeutic Targets for Neurological DiseasesBiomedical Sci编委, 目前还是J cell physiol, CytotechStem cell ResStem cell Res and therapyBrain Res BulletinBMC neuroscienceInter J Neuroscience, Oncotarget特邀审稿专家。主持国家自然科学基金及省部级课题8项,院级重点课题2项,作为主要负责人承担美国NIHNINDS项目以及国家重大科学研究计划项目共4项,参与国家及军队课题20多项。目前任中国脊髓脊柱损伤修复及残疾人康复医学会青年委员,中国康复医学会脊柱脊髓基础研究学委员,中华预防医学会脊柱脊髓基础研究学委员,2016年获省部级科技进步一等奖1项,2015年上海交通大学百人计划后备人才。中国自然科学基金评审专家,中国博士后基金评审专家,陕西自然科学领域职称评审专家。中国教育部研究生学位院研究生教育发展中心论文评审专家。
